The Employee Benefits Department of Willis Towers Watson Polska provides brokerage services in the framework of its Employee benefits programmes. These services include:

  •  group life insurance
  •  pension schemes
  •  medical care
  •  health insurance
  •  accident and sickness insurance

We cooperate with several Polish insurance companies, clinics and investment fund companies. We also provide access to foreign products such as health insurance, inability to work and payment protection.

Insurance agreements concluded on behalf of our intermediaries have many unique features not found in standard contractual provisions.

When preparing a programme, we offer consulting services that include the audit of current insurance agreements, programme design, help with budgeting, survey design and benchmarking.

We obtain and compare offers, negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements and present a written recommendation concerning the choice of insurer.

We provide full support in the programme implementation process from preparing information materials to delivering training and presentations to your company’s employees.

We offer our clients optimal terms and conditions related to agreements as well as a complex administration service that includes professional assistance in claims handling, assessing and implementing claims, assistance in premium calculation, reports, registers and re-negotiation of agreements’ terms and conditions in subsequent years.

We currently service approximately 200 programmes in international corporations and leading Polish companies.
