Willis Towers Watson Polska has a claims monitoring department which supports our Clients in the event of a loss occurrence. Moreover, it also provides such services to non-Client entities requiring assistance in this area.

Willis Towers Watson Polska’s experienced employees offer professional assistance during the entire claim handling process. Our department performs the following:

  •  receives a claim notification 
  •  establishes an inspection date
  •  assists in the collection of claim documents and analyses them
  •  monitors the insurer’s activities
  •  renders consultancy services in the scope of claims handling and loss prevention
  •  carries out appeal proceedings in the event of a refusal to pay indemnity
